大庆外围东部葡萄花油层酸渣伤害机理研究

摘要: 从立足于研究大庆外围葡萄花油层原油防止酸渣形成的方法入手,从原油胶质沥青质、酸液类型、三价铁离子和各种类型的杭渣别等方面,考察了大庆外围葡萄花油层的原油(一个区块)与酸接触,形成酸渣的可能性。室内实验表明,盆酸和土酸与原油形成酸渣的趋势强于磷酸和乙酸,酸渣量达19以上;酸渣童随着Fe,平浓度的增加而增加;残酸和乏酸也能形成一定量的酸渣;好的杭渣剂能明显减少酸渣生成量。这为预防酸渣形成,保证酸化施工质童和效果,提供了良好的理论基础。

Abstract: In order to prevent the acid sludge forming during acidizing treatment for Putaohua formation in Daqing peripheral oilfield, the research on colloid and bitumen in oil , acid system , ferricion and anti-sludge agent has been carried out to determine the possibility of sludge forming. Indoor experiments show that hy-drogen- chloride and mud acid have stronger trend of causing
sludge than phosphoric acid and acetic acid when contact with oil, which produce above 1 g sludge. Additionally the sludge in-creases with the higher concentration of ferric ion, and the spentacid also can produce some sludge, suitable anti-sludge agent can inhibit the forming of sludge obviously. It provides a better theoretical foundation for preventing sludge forming and guaran-teeing the acidizing effect.
