摘要: 机械设备中金属件的修复技术主要有:堆焊、热喷涂、槽镀和电刷镀。文中对四种金属件
修复技术进行分析对比,并结合稠油深井泵柱塞的失效特点,说明了电刷镀是稠油深井泵柱塞
修复的最隹方法,给出了电刷镀工艺流程及基本参数。

Abstract: Bead weld, thermal spray coating, electroplating and brush-plating are the main recondition techniques of the metal parts in mechanical equipments. Through the analysis and comparison of the four recondition techniques of metal parts, and in consideration of the failure features of the plunger of the well pump used in a heavy oil well, this paper comes to the conclusion that brush-plating is an optimum method of reconditioning the plunger, and presents the brush-plating technological process and its parameters.
