摘要: 油田进入高含水开发后,采油设备的腐蚀结垢现象日趋严重,给油田的开发带来了很大的经济损失。由于从井口加入液体缓蚀阻垢剂存在很多缺.点,因此提出了在油井中使用固体缓恤阻垢剂的防腐阻垢新方法。以纯化油田为例,介绍了固体缓蚀阻垢剂的研制方法:在分析其腐位结垢原因的基础上,进行固体缓蚀阻垢剂的研制,在现场应用
后获得了较好的防腐队垢效果。

Abstract: After entering the period of high water cut exploitation in oil field, the corrosion and scale of equipments for oil production is becoming more and more severe, which has been causing a great economic loss of oil field exploitation. Because of the defect ex-fisting in the method of adding the liquid corrosion-scale inhibi-for into wells, we have brought forward a new method of using
solid darrosion-scale inhibitor for inhibiting contusion and scale. In this paper, we introduce a way of producing solid corrosion-scale inhibitor based on the analysis of the cause of corrosion and scale: The inhibitor has presented a very excellent efficiency when applied on the spot.
