摘要: 考察了氯化钾和硅酸钾对钻井液流变性和失水造壁性的影响规律。建立起硅酸钾钻井液体系配方,即:4%土浆+3%硅酸钾+0.5%JT888-Ⅲ+3%FDJ-1+2%QS-2+2TY540+3%SMP-Ⅱ。综合实验结果表明,该配方配制的硅酸钾钻井液体系具有优良的流变性、失水造壁性和抑制性,优于相同加量下的氯化钾钻井液体系。同时,该体系还具有良好的热稳定性和抗污染能力(5% NaCl、0.7% CaSO4),抗温能力强(达120℃)。

Abstract: The influence of potassium chloride and potassium silicate on the rheology and filtration of drilling fluids has been studied.The formulation of the potassium silicate mud system has been established, that is 4% bentonite mud +3% potassium silicate+0.5% JT888-Ⅲ+3% FDJ-1 + 2% QS-2 + 2% TY540 +3% SMP-Ⅱ. Results indicate that the potassium silicate mud system has good properties on rheology, filtration and inhibi-tion, and is better than the potassium chloride mud system at the same dosage. Meanwhile, it has good thermal stability (120℃) and anti-contaminative ability(5% NaCl, 0.7% CaSO4).
