Abstract: At the later stage of oil field development, the worse well condition seriously restricted oil field development level. Base on analyzing deeply the reason of casing failure well of main area piece which the fifth pieces of Huzhuang oil field. The counterplan of prevention and prepared the failure casing were presented in the paper. This technology was a good method to solve the complex fault block oil field to manage the state of the well, and extension the life span to oil water well.
