Abstract:

Retrieving light hydrocarbons is an efficient way to reduce the loss of crude oil in storage and transportation. At present, the rate of reclamation for light hydrocarbons is not so high because of people s ignorance of and poor level of management.In the article, some ways to solve the problems and measurements have been put forward from different points of view of economy, technical and administrative management in order to improve the future s work.
