Abstract:

With the analytical method of the principles of dynamic interrelation in modern management science being used in the paper, the dynamic interrelation among the leaders, workers and the capital of petroleum enterprises is dealt with.A new model that all the members in the cnterprises should be fully responsible for the rental system has been presented and suggested in petroleum enterprises.The analytical method and the model of sysem innovation used in the article arc of general meaning.
