Abstract: In Puan-Qianchang of Guizhou Province, the middle and late Devonian sedimentary rocks were mainly developed during the Devonian Period. In this region principally cropped out carbonate rocks, a few silieilith and terrigenous clastic sediments. All sediments, which consist of carbonate breccias, argillaceous limestones, mudstones, wackstones, packstones, reef rocks, argillites and silicilithes are about 1,056 meters thick, and are about 83% of carbonate rock.
