Abstract: A method for analyzing the concentration of polyacrylamide, which is based on the iodine-starch, is developed FeSO4, used as reductant and NH4HF2 as masking agent，the concentration of polyacrylamide may be determined within 0-24 ppm while by the old method within 0-6 ppm Especially, this method almost is not affected by the room temperature15-300C and has a better reappearance.
