Abstract: The impingement of market economy on petroleum colleges and universities is twofold. A perfect system of market economy will open up a broad road for the development of peteleum colleges and universities; But at present, the negative action of the unperfect system of market economy on the petroleum colleges and universities must not be ignored, and we must keep a clear head to it.
