Abstract: Tubing flow theory is commonly used to study the fluid flow in continuous medium. However, it is not applicable to the fracturepore carbonate reservoir in Tahe oilfield, which is characterized by network reservoir, with cavity as the main accumulating space and facture as the connection channel. Both geology research and production practice indicate that the flow medium is fracturepore unit which is noncontinuous and the seepage model could not describe its flow performance and interpret its special production dynamics. A new hydrodynamic model, which is based on the tubing flow theory, is put forth in this paper. The flowing in fracture and pore is studied through the analysis to the space location and oil/water distribution in cavity. The equivalent hydrodynamic model of typical well is built from the geologic results and the flow mechanism in network reservoir is studied through this new model. Simulation results indicate this model is reasonable and effective .
