Abstract:

In this paper we introduce a design of a self-centering- double-deck shale shaker. Its main technical parameters and the locus of every point of the shale shaker's frame are given. Besides, we have discussed such problems，as structural features of the shaker and vibrator selection. It has been pointed out that the elliptic locus of the major axis that is parallel to the shaker screen plan is better than the circular one. In this way we have developed a more satisfactory design of the shat shaker for solid removal. In addition，in this paper it is concerned how to install and adjust the shaker.
