Abstract: The characteristic of normal dispersion relation in the range of vissible light is studied by means of microcomputer, and a relation of the variation of refractive index with the wave length of incident light is obtained in this paper. The result is of important real significance to further understanding the interaction of light and substances and solving some practical problems with the help of this relation
