Abstract:

The oscillating-pulse jet-nozzled bit having been tested in eight oil fields，evident economic benefits have been obtained. The penetration rate of an oscillating-pulse jet-nozzled bit has been raised by 6.70一77.60%，and the footage raised by 6.70-44.10%compared with those of a common nozzled bit. The drilling cost of 808.9 thousand Yuan has been saved by only 57 bits tested.
