Abstract: Optimal oxidation desulfurization catalyst is sorted out from 7 metal inorganic salts and oxides, gasliquidsolid threephase catalytic oxidation desulfurization of diesel is studied by using pure oxygen,optimal catalyst and different extractants. Experimental results show that sulfur content in the treated diesel can be lowered from 1441μg/g to 262μg/g with desulfurization efficiency of 81.8% when using Al2O3 as oxidizing catalyst and furfural solution containing water as desulfurization catalyst and extractant under the following condition: speed of agitator 700r/min, amount of catalyst 5%, reaction temperature 140℃, reaction time 90min and oxygen pressure 0.6MPa.
