PREDICTION OF FORMATION PARAMETER PROFILE WITH CONTINUOUSLY PROCESSING LOGGING DATA

Abstract: Many formation parameters in the drilling section,including the physical and chemical parameters,mechanics parameters and rock drillability parameters are playing an important role in instructing drilling engineering.A simple and useful method which is easy to carry out the computing is given.The method uses the discontinuity and different interval parameters that are the physical and chemical parameters,mechanics parameters and rock drillability parameters which come from rock experiment,by means of the integrated prediction technology which is based on the traditional statistic theory and burgeoning grey theory,and then,the logging information of the whole well is combined and the above parameters of the whole well section synthesized.
