Abstract:

A new kind of interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels with PVA,PAM and PAA as basic materials is synthesized by means of IPN technology.The synthesis conditions are improved by using orthogonal dcsign and analysis of variance.Results indicate that mass of PVA，AM and AA is the major factors influencing the mechanical performance,swelling ability and dehydration properties,it is not accordant with the effect of each factor on each target,same attention can not be given to all the targets,the synthesis conditions of IPN gel for the deep flooding adjustment in oilfield depended on the real reservoir environment,the IPN gel with best application performance can be obtained by using orthogonal dcsign and analysis of variance.
