Abstract: The fraeturing PumP is the Key equiPment used infraetureaeidizingtechnique to enhanee 0il-gas recovery.Under the severe oPerating conditions，the life of its quick-wear Parts，valves，is too short to accomPlish one run (about 2.5 hours).In order to enhance their life，the authors collected valves of advaneed Pumps，and analyzed their material and metallurgy maeroseoPieally and microseoPieally for failure，and obtained some benefieial knlowledge of enhancing the life of valves，which can meet the satisfaetory need of fraeture-aeidizing technique.
