    Log formula bank is a kind of information storage based on the for-
    mulation knowledge of well log interpretation, To create the bank is mainly
    to collect all kinds of log interpretation models, formulas and parameters
    that have been presented so far, and to provide computer choice and appli-
    cation for well log interpretation.This paper further studied the log formula
    bank and developed a set of microcomputer software, The log formula bank
    system includes four main banks, fifty-two sub-banks, and nine main
    program blocks, The practical application showed that the structure of the
    log formula bank is reasonable, its function is perfect and complete, It can
    store a great deal of formulation information and work as an important
    auxiliary means for well log interpretation,

    should be the projected area of oil/gas-bearing body on the horizontal plane,

    According to the properties of lost circulation in the creviced formation
    this paper presented a mathematical model of the lost circulation law, It is
    from this mathematical model that the flow Iaw of various fluids is derived.
    On the basis of the flow law, the relation between leakoff velocity or leak-
    off rate and pressure difference, crevice sizes and rheological properties of
    drilling fluids can be quantitatively analyzed and calculated,It is of great

    Using the differential motion equation in fluid mechanics, this paper
    developed the flow models of the laminar flow of Bingham's fluid in an
    inclined eccentric annulus.By solving the differential equation,it presented
    the accurate flow velocity distribution,formulas of Bingham's fluid under
    flow conditions and analyzed the flow features of Bingham's fluid laminar
    in an inclined eccentric annulus, It has been proved that when flow velocity
    in the annulus is higher, i.e, when the rate between Bingham's fluid yield
    value and the gradient of pressure are less, the maximum velocity."radius"
    of Bingham's fluid laminar flow approximates to that of Newton's, This
    paper also analyzed the error produced therefrom, The results showed that
    when the ratio between the yield value and the gradient of pressure is not
    larger than 0.Olm, the relative error is less than 1.270,6;and lastly the
    paper also proposed the accurate flow rate and pressure fall formulas bf

    This paper proposed the reasonable amount and the temperature of
    adding silica flour after studying the strength retrogression of Romania
    Sz oil cement at high temperature.The compound LC retarder added to the
    slurry successfully retards the strength retrogression of cement and obvio-
    usly improves the compressive strength of cement with silica flour.Its

    HCHO was introduced as the cross一linking agent when LGV type chrome-
    free lignosulfonate thinner was synthesized.The cross一linking function of
    HCHO,the relationship among the dosage of HCHO and the intrinsic vis-
    cosity,the adsorption,salt-resistant and the thinning properties of LG V
    sample were examined by means of infrared spectroscopy, scanning elec-
    tronic microscopy,viscosity, precipitate,adsorption and mud experiments.
    The results showed that HCHO had the crosslinking function and affected
    the adsorption,hydration and thinning properties of LG V sample by ma-
    inly affecting the average molecular weight.Therefore,it is necessary to
    control and adjust the dosage of HCHO.
