The vertical Interaction Model of cone Bit Teeth-rock

Abstract: The simulation model of cone bit teeth-rock is one of the major problems in cone bit-rock interaction simulation. Based on the mechanics of rock failure and the characteristics of cone bit-rock interaction，a model has been set up in this paper to simulate the vertical in-teraction between cone bit teeth and rock. Furtheranore，hardness，plastic coefficient and e-lastic coefficient have also been introduced in this model to describe the rock nature in cone bit teeth-rock interaction so as to enlarge the application of this simulation model.
