    According to the distribution,components and characteristics of the nodular limPStone of early Silurian in NW Sichuan,the authors have divided it into three patterns A,B,C. The nodular limestone of patterns A and B,the formation of which has much to do with the ac-tion of blue一green algae,deposited on shallow ramp ith reefs and bioherms while the nodu-lar limestone of pattern C deposited of deep ramp,the formation of which has close relation with the effect of pressure一dissolution. The nodular limestone of these three patterns in this area has oil一gas bearing quality to
    a certain degree.

    Based of the ersearch of carbonate-type oil/gas source rocks from lower Permain in Xi-chang Basin, lower Ordovician in Ordos Basin,and lower Carboniferous in Majiaoba,Jiangy-ou, the author in this paper finds that organic inclusions could be formed in deck stage of the thermal evolution of oil/gas source rocks. Organic inclusions are the primary samples for hy-
    drocarbon matter in oil/gas source rocks,and thus embody all sorts of events and informa-tion associated with hydrocarbon matter occurring in the thermal evolution of carbonate一type oil or gas source rocks. Therefore,in the evolution of oil/gas souce rocks,the inclusion's types,characteristics,paleo一temperature,quantity,composition, and some oth-er parameters will offer an effective approach towards the study of (1) the thermal evolution
    degree and matueity stage of oil/gas source rocks;(2) sedimentary basin paleo一tenperature and the thermal evolution history of oil source rocks;(3) the regional distribution and divi-sion of organic matter maturity in oil/gas rocks;(4) assessment.of oil/gas resource abun-dance;and (5) the nature and origination of oil/gas source rocks.

    Clastic rock reservoirs pores evolution is affected by organic-inorganic diagenesis. At the' buried diagenesis stages,the important cause for high Porosity and permeability in deep-buried reservoirs is the secondary pores produced by the corrosion of calcite and feldspar from the process of the dehydroxylation of organic acid in thermal evolution. With the in-crease of buried depth,diagenesis stagds will experience an evolution from early to late phas-es,and organic matter from non-maturity to maturity. Meanwhile,the reservoirs pores will also undergo an evolution from decline to re-growth. In the same ,basin, if the reser- voirs in different beds possess the same buried depth,their diagenesis phases and pores evo-
    lution will be the same. Otherwise,even the reservoirs in the same beds will have different diaginesis phases and pores evolution.

    Based on the study of sedimentary facies and diagenesis,the characteristics and distribu-tion of favourable reserve-permeate belt in limestone layer can be determined through the analysis of microseismic phases of the belt as well as the interpretation of drilling,geology and logging. Through the discussion of the microseismic phases of Fu Cheng Zhai's and Shuang Jia Ba's T:-‘container constructions in the east of Sichuan Province,the paper tried to prove the effectiveness of the application of microseismic_ phases in the prediction of favourable reserve一permeate belt in limestone layer.

    In this paper we studied the two一dimensional steady state flow problem of a horizontal well in a reservoir with bottom water or edge water, and obtained the flow rate formula of a horizontal well by using mirror image superposition principle of the potential function. We also discussed the effects of the thickness and permeability anisotropy of a reservoir, and the

    The simulation model of cone bit teeth-rock is one of the major problems in cone bit-rock interaction simulation. Based on the mechanics of rock failure and the characteristics of cone bit-rock interaction,a model has been set up in this paper to simulate the vertical in-teraction between cone bit teeth and rock. Furtheranore,hardness,plastic coefficient and e-lastic coefficient have also been introduced in this model to describe the rock nature in cone bit teeth-rock interaction so as to enlarge the application of this simulation model.

    The oilfield practice proves that in middle and later oil production periods,or in the ex-ploitation of deep,low一permeability reservoirs,it is an effective way to enhance oil recov-ery by incerasing the pump setting, depth. In the paper,the modified formula of calculating the pseudo一static load in a conventional straight well are applied to the calculation of the deep pumping load,and a theoretical modeling is derived for tapered rod string design in a
    deep well by the application of modefied Goodman stress diagram. The coresspounding com-puter program is worked out in FORTRAN and the calculating results are obtained of 35Mnp and 40 CrMo steel sucker rods under different parameter coordinates. A rod string de-sign criterion is perfected by the analysis of these results in deep well production with pump-ing units.

    Using Fourier-integral transform technique,the paper studies the solution problem of the stress field around an axial moving crack with constant velocity in a cylindrical shell and obtains a small parameter solution of the stress field around crack tip. The result shows that the trength of the stress field around crack tip varies with crack propagation velocity,while
    angular distribution of the stress field does not. Moreover,when crack moving velocity ar-rives a a certain value,branchy phenomena well be found in the running cracks.

    A laboratory research has been made on the desulfurization of sulfur一bearing conden-sate gasoline,which is produced from Lei San gas reservoir in NW Sochuan. Having alkali prewashed at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure., the sulfur一bearing gasoline is extracted by solutizer一lye,thus the total content of sulfur in the gasoline can be reduced
    from above 6000 mg/L to below 800 mg/L. An economic and feasible way has been found for reducing the total content of sulfur of high sulfur一bearing gasoline,and the quality of oil products can be improved.

    Through, the observation of the acid sludges formation in qualitative tests and the inves-tigation of the effect of acid concentration and iron(Ⅲ )content on sludge一forming as well as that of the prevention-of sludge一forming with mutual solvents in quantitative tests,the au-thors in this paper find that the quantity of sludges formed will increase together with acid
    concentration and the spent acid will produce a relatively smaller amount of acid sludges than initial acid. They also find the presense of iron(Ⅲ )will reinforce the sludge一forming ten-dencies,but a certain amount of mutual sol_vents(ethyleneglycol dibutylether) in acid will be effective in decreasing the quantity of acid aludges.
