Abstract: Reservoir development system is very complicated, it is de-cision-making belongs to the multi-objection optimization. Re-search on the pattern of optimal reservoir management decision is a critical factor to the achievement of optimal reservoir devel-opment and an important guarantee to the smooth execution of reservoir management by making the complex oil field develop-
ment evaluation orderly and consequently offering decision-mak-er the optimal exploitation plan.Inthis paper, two evaluation systems, comprehensive development index system and the e-valuation system of the development process monitor and control are presented.
