COMPUTER EMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF BEAM PUMPING UNIT SYSTEM

Abstract: Because of its advantage on simple structure,durability,easy operation,low maintaining cost etc.,beam pumping unit has been playing a leading role on rod oil pumping unit.However,its disadvantage on high energy cost has been constraining the development of the oil industry.In order to optimize the beam pumping unit structure,design the energy-saving device,the emulation and analysis of the beam pumping unit working system has been successfully carried out.Based on dynamic emulation tool MATLAB/SIMULINK,such parts as motor,reducer and main body of the beam pumping unit model are established respectively and then the computer emulation model of beam pumping unit is formed.Comparison between the emulation result of an example and the practical testing data verifies the model correctness and rationality,which provides a theoretical basis and experimental research model for the pumping energy saving system.
