Abstract:

The coalbed gas reservoirs permeability is an important factor controlling the selection of exploration targets of coalbed gas.There exist lots of factors

influencing the differencial distribution of permeability，from such aspects as the development of fracture system，the effective stress of coalbed reservoirs，coal

bed tectonic evolution and coalbearing rock metamorphic degree，the relationship among them and spacial distribution of highly permeable areas and the research progress

are illustrated.Syetemalic sumary is carried out to the research technology，methoclology，recognition and existing problems，which is meaningful to effectively pridecting

coalbed permeability，developing permeability description theory and searching for favarable explorative areas.
