According to predecessor's research materials, the chemical characteristics of oil field water in continental sedimentary basin of China are: wide-ranged fluctuation of mineralization degree; obvious ion separation; higher content of sulfates; containing of many miniature elements，such as，I，Br, B etc; positive isotope , negative :and richly accumulated organic materials. The article further points out that the occurence of the chemical characteristics of oil field water is chiefly restricted by different depositional environments and conditions at last, the author approaches the classification of continental oil field water，and believes that it remains to be further discussed that the classification of continental oil field water according to the variation coefficient of ion composite is applied to the west and South-west of China.

An UPS inverter system is designed in this Paper. The double half bridge structure is used in the main circuit. Inverter output voltage waveform is the sixteen step-waves, The combination of the PWM control with the sequence pulse control is used in the control circuit which can perform the transistors functions of transistors. A Robertson-walker universe coupled to a conformally invariant scalar field is quantized following the canonical formalism for constrained Hamiltonian systems, The exact solution is found to corresponding wheeler-Dewitt equation. It is shown that in the case under discussion the parameter vanishing. The parameter p denotes some factor-ordering ambiguty in the Quantum Gravitational Theory. It is also shown that the extreme value of the scale factor of the universe is the order of planck length.
