The new concept of pore throat-cavity junction and the rock pore throat-cavity junction model have been presented in this paper. A law of rock pore throat-cavity junction is obtained by means of computer modeling and mercury-injecting, and the pore throat-cavity theory is developed It is reported in this paper that the application of this theory to rock conductivity, permeability, mercuryinjection, residual oil saturation, reservoir recovery and so on is successful.

Organizing multiphase vertical-lift flowing Pressure gradient software and having a set of pressure distribution curves within flowing well and gas-lift well managements have the same importance, but the former is better in accuracy.A software is introduced which uses "Orkiszewski" calculating method.The software judges different flow patterns in different pressure regins and chooses different calculating formulae.The software uses the method of iteration to solve the tubing temperature variation question.

The instrument of Millikan oil-drop method is simple, the method is. ingenious, and the result obtained is reliable. It is the model of experimental physics. However, it is not ideal in dealing with data of this experiment by a computer. The method of finding radius of oil-drop anda new method and programme of finding the greatest common divisor of Q (K) under the condition of errors are given in this paper. The train of thought in this method is clear and it is convinced. It has basically solved the problem of finding the greatest commen divisor of Q (K) within the limits of certain errors.

What characterizes the sensor in the saturated magnetomcter s probe is its magnetic curve s nonlinearity and symmetry. According to this, the effect of employing harmonic or symmetrical trigonometric wave to excite the probe on the results measured has been discussed in this paper. It is concluded that it is better to use harmonic wave as exciting wave than to employ symmetrical trigonometric wave.
