fluctuation, tectonic subsidence and sedimentary rate of carbonate.

The diffusion-absorption constant of the system composed of shale formation and mud, and the absorbed water incremental distribution at any time are significant parame-ters for studying wellface stability in shale formation. Its influence factors are quite com-plicated and therefore, are difficult to determine through simple laboratory experiment.
Starting from the rock current experiment of the laboratory long core, this paper makes a research on the method of using log information to determine deffusion-absorption con-stant and absorbed water incremental distribution. The conclusions of the research indi-cate that diffusion-absorption constant and absorbed water incremental distribution can be determined solely through quantitative analysis of rexistivity profile of invasion zone in
    the state of static filtration.

Optimization of bit types used in whole well drilling procedure is a multi-stage deci-sion making. Basing on the systems engineering theory, this paper develops the multi-stage decision tree of optimized combination of whole-well bit series, the state conversion equation of whole-well bit dynamic programming, and index function. Furthermore, the minimization theory is used to seek the optimized tree path, through which the whole-well bit series optimized combination and the optimized working parameter are obtained,This is an essential path to achieve short drilling period, high drilling rate, low cost in drilling deep or superdeep well.

Thus the experimental technique an method to determine the polymer flooding relative permeability curves are developed by steady-state method and the relative permeability curves for oil/polymer solution system
and for oil/water system after the polymer is slugged , are successfully measured, and the relevant emprical equations are also selected. in this paper, The characteristics of the rela-tive permeability curves for polymer flooding is discussed, and the effect of free polymer molecules in water phase and the polymer absorbed and retained in the rocks on the rela-tive permeability curces is analyzed, revealing the law of multiphase flow during polymer flooding.

In this paper, we take account of the factors of anisotropic formation damage, perfo-rated hole state and various boundary conditios, and establish the reservoir model and transient flow mathematical model. By using the direct solution of borndary element math-ematical model and regional cut technique, we also obtain the rule of the transient flow of the reservoir near the perforations varying with perforations and formation damage and the
characteristics of roduction performance and transient pressure changes. It is of guiding significance to the distribution of well network, the optimization of perforating parame-ters, the design of production increasing measures and the improvement of well testion lo-cation and other production problems. It is certain that boundary element algorithm will be widely used in the realm of reservoir digital simulation.

A method for the automatic history matching of a 3-dimentional and 3-phase single well black oil model is presented in this paper, and a non-linear objective function with restraints is set up on the basis of this method, which can be used to minimize the objec-tive function and achieve automatic history matching, thus obtaining the parametric values of the formation. In addition, an automatic history matching is made for the data of a well in Baikouquan,Xinjiang and the parametric values of the formation are obtained. At the same time, the parametric values of the formation are compared with the electrometric in-terpretation results and the results obtained by this method prove to be reliable.

Management of funds is the key point of financial managdment in any educational in-stitution. It requires that budgetary management of funds should be strengthened, the role of the school budget committee brought to full play, budgetary extensively explored while revenue well organized, so that the annual balance of revenue and expenditure can be achieved. In order to make te best overall fund yield, it is necessary to employ the model of centralized fund management, with which the system of one-level accounting and two-level management is followed. The centralized management of funds is conducive to strengthening accounting and audit monitoring. Proper management of limited funds can promote educational quality and produce beneficial results.
