Characteristics of Deposition and Sequence Stratigraphy of Reservoir Interval in Sinian Dengying Formation in Zyang and Its Neighbouring Area

Abstract: The reservoir interval of Dengying Fomation in Ziyang area is a dolostone sediment on shallow platform doninantly acted upon by waves.The meter and submeter sedimentary circles in the formation composed of 17 types of micro-lithic facties and 5 kinds of facies sequence are obvious.The reservoir interval consists of 3 uncomplete sequences,with high stand sytem realm as the main body of the sequences,and sequence boundaries being Type I and TypeⅡ.The sedimentary and sequence characteristics are influenced by sea-level
fluctuation,tectonic subsidence and sedimentary rate of carbonate.
