    By means of amplitude,continuous property and velocity of seismic wave,the authors in this paper try to classify microseismic facies of the Cambrian Xisangchi Group in MoxiLongnusi Area both in the conventional seismic section snd G-log section,Together with the comprehensive study of logging,geology,microseismic facies as well as forward modeling,they also analyse the most profitable microseismic facies of the weathering shell that may keep oil and gas in this area,thus reinforcing the seismically stratigraphical study of the weathering shell of lower Paleozoic group along Leshan-Longnusi Paleo-uplift.

    There are several paleo-hammocks on the erosional surface of Leikoupo Formation in the Central Sichuan-South Sichuan transitional belt.The Xiangqi reservoir may have been originally tilted and edged out as the result of the sedimentation and differential compaction,which may cause to develop small-scale faults and differential compaction fractures,and is helpful to form the space for travel,trap and reservoir in the overlaid beds.Therefore we can predict the existence of the promising reservoir belt in Xiangqi Group beds by looking for the Paleo-hammocks on the erosional surface of the LeikouPo Formation,which has been tested and verified.

    Weight determination is a puzzle subject in the comprehensive assessment of the objective characteristics of things,and has not been solved so far.Taking as an example the comprehensive assessment of gas-bearing bed of carbonate rock,and using the method of grey relational anAlysis,this paper has successfully solved the problem of weight determination in fuzzy comprehensive assessment.With this achievment the comprehensive assessment can be made to be more in consistent with the objective reality and a good way also be provided for the wide use of the comprehensive assessment.

    A compound basin superimposed on Alxa Massif,Bayanhot Basin can be divided into 5 first units and 12 second units of tectonics that form 5 tectono-stratigraphic assemblies in the basin.Faults are the main factor in the formation and evolution of the basin.With the features of listric fault,Bayanwula Shan Fault controls the formation of the western depression belts.with its active intensity declining from north to south.Yinan Fault Belt controls the formation of Yihe depression,with the most active intensity in its middle Part.Chahan Fault is astrike-sliP fault with an obvious sinistral movement.The struetural style found in the basin includes imbrieated thrust zone,trapdoor strueture,drag fold,listric fault,rollover antieline,horst-graben strueture and the like.As the main oil-bearing bed in the basin,the Carboniferous system in the eastern and southerrn depression zones is provided with good trap conditions,thus possessing afavourable oil and gas potential.

    This paper studies the displacement theory of laminar and turbulent cementing and the action mechanics of turbulent spacer in detail,and presents the mathematical models of laminar and turbulent cementing displacements in vertical,deviated and horizontal wells.By solving the turbulence diffusion equations in annulus, the paper obtains the formulas of calculating the minimum volume of the spacer and the minimum turbulent contacting time, and examines the partial theoretical formulas by using experimental data and those from other papers.It has been shown that the relative error is about 10℅.

    Through the analysis of the methylene blue agent in differential thermal balance,the author in this paper observes that below 121℃ the dehydration process of both absorbed water and crystal water in the agent are carried out in two steps,and above 121℃ there occurs the degradation of the thermal oxidation.After a comparative study of four temperatures in dehydration,the author further suggests that the constant weight of the sample in 120±3℃ is an ideal condition to produce waterless methylene blue,and the thermo-analysis curve is the basis to direetly determine the moisture content of the sample.The method is simple and convenient,with a good reapearance and a relatively quiek and accurate elimination of the disturbance of the thermaloxidation. The author also diseusses the calibration of the formula for API balance sample.

    The evaluation of the formation damage caused by mud filter invasion is a fundamental study to protect reservoir in well completion techniques.The authors in this paper make use of the multi-pressure differential and resistivity core measurement system to carry out an experiment on the simulation of the mud filter invasion with Jurassic cores from West China Oilfield.The results obtained,e.g.the relations between invasion length ,damage length,damage degree as well as the changes of oil saturation, thus offer some valuable models both in theory and Practice.

    In order to solve some difficult problems in the design of spherical BOP,the author in this paper uses the similitude method to analyse and study the phenomena of rubber core deformation of spherical BOP,and offers the similitude design criteria of spherical BOP.While testing the NL Shaffer s spherical BOP series,he also finds that the design parameters of their preventers from low to high pressure conform to the similitude design criteria.Therefore,the similitude criteria can be applied not only in the design and manufacture of the new type but also in the design of the higher pressure of the same type.

    Riser system is one of the major equipments in offshore drilling.This paper simplifies the four-order nonlinear partial differential equation and the boundary conditions describing the marine riser motion,and numerically simulates the nonlinear dynamic analysis by using a finite-difference method.Then the top tension on the drilling riser is studied in four sea states and the corresponding counting programs are made.The results obtained through the calculation of different pratical examples prove to be identical with those by stress Engineering service Inc.U.S.A.The top tension analysis method and the counting programs in this paper prove to be simple,accurate and time-saving,thus they are of practical use in the design and check of the drilling riser system.
