In this paper,we developed a new method,a relative formula method,to determine the lower limit of effective porosity.The method is resonable for practical calculation.Moreover,we corrected some mistake points of view after seriovsly analyzing the question as to how we use the lower limit conditions and some other questions.

Water-soluble gas isa non-conventional natural gas,which has not been studied yet at home.This paper presented for the first time the classfication of water-soluble gas reservoirs,illustrates the factors which influence the gas dissolubility in formation water,and the geologic and development characteristics,and finally evaluated water-soluble gas resources and pointed out the areas favourable to exploration in sichuan basin.

There are a lot of short comings,such as long period,high cost and harsh condition of test in evaluatiing damaged formations by the method of unstable well testing,or normal method in room,or particular core analysis.On the basis of combing with the data form drilling,well testing,core analysis and engineering,we evaluated and analysised the damages degree of formations according to the logging evaluation method in this paper.In the course of the study,we took full use of logging information.After evaluation the damaged formation quantittatively,we discussed the law concerned.

There are many fossils of Bivalvia in the marl of Feixianguan formation of Lower Triassic in Beibei,Chongqing.The shells' arrangement is regular.In the samples under study,the bisectors of the shells which pass through their beaks are parallel to the palaeocurrent sirection,and the beak indicates the current direction.After measuring 53 shells at random,we calcalated the palaeocurrent direction,which is 294,with mathematical statistics mathod,and proved these shell members ' sedimentary envirment to be tidal ditch on tidal flat of lagoon.

The Limestone(Upper Permian) in wujiapin was deposited on a carbonate ramp in sichuan and its neghbouring region,and gradually transitted with the basin facies northwards and northeastwards.The shallow water high energy zone of the ramp was developed in southwestern off-shore area,characteristed by the mixed deposition of terrigenous clastic-carbonate.It was the paleogeography of the carbonate distribution of the reef-gas-pool in Upper Permian in this area.

Based in the analysis of suspension mechanism，this paper derived the suspesion condition from the depositional characteristics of single cuttings particle in non-homogeneous turbulence fiels.Which is described by the annular hydraulics and load-bed properties of cuttings,took into consideration the effects of particle shapes and cuttings concentration,and established the formula of the slip velocity of non-globe cuttings damped setting,thus evaluated the macroscopic laws of cuttings-suspension transportation under the given flow in eccentric annulus.

This paper presents an improved model for predicting performance in steam injection wells,which incorporates a downward two-phase flow correlationspresented by Mukherjee and Brill(1985) and account for flow direction and wall inclination angle.It can be used for predicting performance in horizontal steam injection wells that ara developing.The fundamental differential equation in the model is solved numerically by using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta method in which the choice of the start position is arbitrary,it is convenient to take into account the coordination between wellbore and injection layer.

According to analyzing the multi-time series data of the oil field performance,we set up the differential simulation of oil field performance.Using this simulation to predict,we obtained a new way to predict one state variant's development trend from the overall oil field state variants.Also,we calculated the oil production of H-L water-injection oilfield in our conutry.The result obtained is satisfactory.

This paper pointed out the primary property requirements based on the clear analysis of the working condition of a rock bit bearing system.The results obtained show that the super hard materials are adaptable to rock bit bearing than metal materials.Better structure designs and machinable-mixed bearings are the strongest rival in the future rock bit market.

This paper studied the chemical composition of the cement filtrate in the slurry with or without additive,tested the compatibility of mud-cement and formation brine-cement.Based on the analysis of cement filtrates with different additives,a new way to reduce the damaging ion concentration in cement filtrates is to use the additive which has no poisoning to the nucleation process of calcium hydroxide,which can loweer formation damage caused by cement filtrates.
