A Brief Analysis of the Quality and Competence for Modern Operating Room Nurse

Objective：To explore the quality and competence for modern operating room nurses．Methods：From the aspects of professional knowledge，operating skill，psychological quality，emergency—dealing ability，legal consciousness and medical ethics，the qualifications of operating room nurses in operating room work were analyzed．Results：The basic quality and competence of operation room nurses in this special medical environment are important foundations to guarantee the quality of surgery．Conclusions：Skilled professional basis，excellent psychological quality and communication skills，keen observation，outstanding emergency—dealing ability and high legal consciousness are essential for modern operating roonl nurses．Capable nurses can ensure operation smoothly，improve nursing quality of operating patients and reduce care disputes．
