Abstract: Ideological and political theory courses are the main channel for the ideological and political education of college students,and they are the key for the implementation of fostering students' characters and civic virtues. The refined management of ideological and political teaching is proposed for the negative coping, rough management, inefficiency and low quality in practical teaching management, and is an important and effective way to improve the efficiency of ideological and political management and the quality of teaching, and a modern teaching management model to achieve the ideal educational effects. Refined teaching management is essentially a kind of teaching quality management, and it is also a kind of goal management. Compared with the traditional general
teaching management, it emphasizes "fine, strict, real, detailed and accurate" management. It expounds 6 basic understandings, 5 main features and 7 questions that need to be paid attention to in the refined management of colleges' ideological and political education.
