Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective： To explore the clinical application effects of disposable blood collection needle in arterial blood collection of patients so to provide basis for clinical operation. Methods： A total of 486 patients who collected arterial blood gas analysis specimens from Department of Tuberculosis of The Third People's Hospital of Kunming from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the arterial blood collection method， they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group used the arterial blood collection device directly to collect blood， while the observation group used a disposable blood collection needle to puncture the artery successfully and then connected the arterial blood collection device to collect blood. The clinical application effects of the two methods were compared. Results： The success rate of one-time puncture， the accuracy rate of arterial blood sample collection and the overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the incidence of blood collection complications and complaints were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： When collecting patient's arterial blood， using a disposable blood collection needle for puncture has a high success rate， which can completely avoid the situation that the blood collected is venous blood， thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
