西归多糖对睡眠剥夺小鼠损伤的保护作用

Protective Effects of Xigui Polysaccharide on Sleep Deprivation Injury in Mice

摘要: 目的:研究西归多糖对睡眠剥夺引起的损伤的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组,睡眠剥夺48 h组,地西泮组
(10 mg/kg),西归多糖高、中、低剂量组[400、200、100 mg(/ kg·d)]。地西泮组最后一天给药,其余各组连续灌胃相应药物7 d。
末次给药后,测丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,肝脏、肾脏糖原含量,胸腺、脾脏指
数,乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性。结果:与睡眠剥夺48 h组比较,西归多糖降低MDA、NO含量及GSH-Px活性,恢复肝、肾糖原
形成能力,提高胸腺、脾脏指数,降低AChE活性,其中高剂量组作用较好(P<0.01)。结论:西归多糖对睡眠剥夺后的氧化损
伤、能量储备、免疫力、学习记忆功能具有保护作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the protective effect of Xigui polysaccharide on sleep deprivation induced injury. Methods: Mice
were randomly divided into a control group, a sleep deprivation 48 h group, a diazepam group(10 mg/kg), and high, medium and low
dose groups of Xigui polysaccharide[400, 200, 100 mg /(kg·d)]. The diazepam group was given drugs on the last day, and the other
groups were given corresponding drugs by gavage for 7 days. After the last administration, malondialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO),
glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity, liver and kidney glycogen content, thymus and spleen index, and acetylcholinesterase
(AChE)activity were measured. Results: Compared with the sleep deprivation 48 h group, the content of MDA and NO, the activity of
GSH-Px were decreased, the glycogen formation ability of liver and kidney was restored, the index of thymus and spleen was increased,
and the AChE activity was decreased, the effect of high dose group was better(P<0.01). Conclusion: Xigui polysaccharide has
protective effects on oxidative damage, energy reserve, immunity, learning and memory function after sleep deprivation.
