摘要:

以苍山土壤作为筛选对象,分离出高效絮凝剂产生菌CS-26。对培养基的组成及培养条件的优化试验表明:菌CS-26在培
养基为:淀粉2.0%,KH2PO42.0%,蛋白胨0.1%,CaCl20.05%,MgSO4·7H2O0.05%,pH7.0,30 0C下180 r/min摇床培养72 h的条件下,能得到对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到98.85%的高效微生物絮凝剂。

Abstract:

A flocculant-producing bacterium from Cangshan soil named CS-26 was isolated. Through tests, the optimum culture
conditions were found to be: starch 20 g,KH2PO4 2 g,polypeptone 1 g,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g,CaCl2 0.5 g,pH 7.0,H2O 1L,30 0C, 180 r/min, 72 h. The strain CS-26 could produce a strong-activiting flocculant with flocculating rate of 98.85 % against kaolin clay suspension.
