摘要：

教育是关系国计民生的大事，是社会公平的基石，是亿万人民的期盼。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—
2020》，以科学发展的观点，从中国经济社会发展的实际出发，描绘未来10年教育发展蓝图。强调教育均衡、公平发展，办好人民满意的教育，切实促进社会的公平正义。

关键词: 教育公平, 科学发展, 目标要求

Abstract:

Education is the key to national welfare and people's livelihood, the footstone of social equality and the wish of hundreds
of millions of Chinese people. Starting from the situation of economic and social development in China, the National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Program scientifically portrays the development plan of education in the next 10 years. It emphasizes the balance of education and equal development to create a satisfying education and promote social equality.
