摘要:

中等职业学校在我国各地为培养专业人才方面发挥着极其重要的作用,但其生源的质量又普遍较低。基础差、行为习惯
不好、心理不健康这三因素是制约中等职业学校学生发展的瓶颈。解决这一难题,应该主要从面向全体学生,充分认识其个性、关心尊重每一个学生以及创设一个有利于学生个性与特长发展的有利条件这三个方面进行思想教育,从而促使中职学校学生健康成长、成才。

Abstract:

The secondary vocational school plays a vital role in cultivating specialized talents all over the country. However, the
quality of its students is commonly lower. The bottlenecks which limit the development of these students are the deficiency of basic knowledge, poor behaviors, and mental disarrangement. To solve the problem and promote the healthy development of students in secondary vocational schools, ideological education should be held from three aspects, namely, concentration on the whole group, full acquaintance of students' characteristics and concern for each individual, as well as good environment for the development of students' individuality and specialty.
