民族地区公共图书馆服务的提升与拓展

馆外流通点是公共图书馆服务提升与拓展的重要途径。以红河州图书馆为例，对民族地区公共图书馆馆外流通点的服
务工作进行探究，具有十分重要的意义。

The Promotion and Expansion of Public Library Service in Minority Nationality Areas

Establishing affiliated agency is an important way to promote and expand library services. Taking Honghe Prefectural
Library for instance, the essay explores the service points affiliated with public library in minority nationality areas, which has great significance.
