为了提高大理学院教师的教学意识和能力，在教育部第二期“教学质量与教学改革工程”以及云南省教育厅“关于成立
高等学校教师教学发展中心”等文件精神的指导下，大理学院将成立教师教学发展中心，以此作为提高教师教学能力的专门机构。在这里主要分析和论证了大理学院教师教学发展中心成立的意义、现实基础、基本思路和构建的初步方案等问题，并以此为教师教学发展中心的建立提供理论和思想基础。
In order to enhance teaching consciousnesss and teaching ability, Dali University will establish teacher education
development center under the guidance of the second teaching quality and teaching reform project released by Ministry of Education and the document about foundation of teacher education development center in university formulated by the Educational Bureau of Yunnan Province. The paper analyses the meaning, the current situation, the principal idea and the preliminary program about the establishment of teacher education development center, and also offers theoretical base over the foundation of this organization in Dali University.
