新农村建设中农村党员作用的一个“角色距离”视角

建设社会主义新农村，对广大农村党员的作用提出了更新、更高的要求，部分农村党员因角色能力不足而在参与新农村建设中出现了角色距离问题，影响了村级党组织的建设和建设社会主义新农村的进程。因此，在推进新农村建设，加强村级党组织建设过程中，提高广大农村党员的角色能力，克服角色距离，就成为一个不容忽视的现实问题。

On the "Role Distance" of the Rural Party Members in New Rural Construction

Rural party members are facing new and high requirements in the new rural construction. Some of them encounter role distance because of role incompetence, therefore influencing the village -level party building and new socialist rural village construction. Accordingly, improving rural party members' role competence and overcoming their role distance are important practical problems in the new rural village construction and village-level party building.
