Teachers Issue in Yunnan Universities under the Bridgehead Strategy and its Countermeasure

Optimized structure configuration of university teachers will directly influence the teaching quality of higher education.
On the occasion of Bridgehead Strategy, the paper investigates effective countermeasures to optimized the structure configuration of teachers in Yunnan universities so as to narrow the gap with areas where the higher education is highly internationalized.

Abstract:

Optimized structure configuration of university teachers will directly influence the teaching quality of higher education.
