褐毛荔枝核对动物消化道功能的影响

目的:研究褐毛荔枝核对动物消化道功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠胃排空,肠推进和豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌法研究褐毛荔
枝核对动物消化道功能的影响。结果:褐毛荔枝核对小鼠胃排空和肠推进具有显著的抑制作用,且呈现一定的量效关系,对乙酰胆碱,组胺,氯化钡引起的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌兴奋有显著的抑制作用。结论:褐毛荔枝核对动物消化道功能有抑制作用。

Effect of Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee on the Gastrointestinal Function

Objective: To study the effect of Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee on the gastrointestinal function of animals. Methods:
The effect of Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice, as well as the excitability of isolated ileum muscle of guinea pig were determined. Results: Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee could significantly inhibit the gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion on mice with dose-dependent manner. In addition, Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee could obviously inhibit the excitability of ileum induced by acetylcholine, histamine and BaCl2 in vitro. Conclusion: Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee could restrain the gastrointestinal motor function on mice and guinea pig.

Objective: To study the effect of Semen Litchi fulvosus YQ Lee on the gastrointestinal function of animals. Methods:
