泡核桃壳提取物体外抗菌实验的初步研究

目的:研究核桃壳提取物的体外抑菌及杀菌作用。方法:采用微量稀释法测定核桃壳不同提取物对绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌、
金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌效果,并测定它们的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果:核桃壳提取物对8种细菌有一定的抑制或杀灭作用。结论:核桃壳提取物对供试菌均有一定的抑制作用。

Preliminary Study of In Vitro Antimicrobial Effects of Extracts from Juglans sigillata Shell

Objective: To study the antibacteria effect of Juglans sigillata Shell extract in vitro. Methods: Micro dilution method was
applied to analyze the antibacterial effect of different extracts from Juglans sigillata shell to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Proteus mirabilis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Candida albicans in vitro. The indexes of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured. Results: Extracts exhibited sterilization or antibacterial effect to 8 strains of bacteria. Conclusion: All different solvent abstracts of Juglans sigillata sigillata shell showed obvious antibaeteria effects.
