RP-HPLC法测定桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量

目的:测定桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Agela XBP-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸(9:91)为流动相,检测波长327 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.02~0.25 μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r =0.999 8,平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.67%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为桑姜感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Sangjiangganmao Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Sangjiangganmao capsules.
Methods: An Agela XBP-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was applied, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric (9:91), the detection wavelength was 327 nm with the flow rate of 0.1mL/min. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the chlorogenic acid concentration range of 0.02-0.25 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.5%, RSD=0.67% (n=6). Conclusion: The method was with good repeatability, flexibility and high sensitivity, which can be used in the quality control of Sangjiangganmao capsules.
