摘要:

《食品化学》实验课程是食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课之一。为了提高实验教学质量,对《食
品化学》实验课程教学进行了改革实践。通过教学改革,提高了学生的主动参与性,培养了学生的科学研究与创新能力,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

Experiment course of Food Chemistry is an important basic professional course for majors in Food Science & Engineering and Food Quality & Safety. To improve the teaching quality is an inevitable tendency. Experiment teaching reform is explored and practiced in this paper. Students’active participation is enhanced and students innovation ability is fostered through the reform.
