摘要:

《茶树栽培技术》是一门理论和实践紧密结合的职业核心能力培养课程,在课程教学过程中,主要采用课堂与实习企业
一体化的行动导向教学模式。为此,对《茶树栽培技术》课程教学内容和教学方式进行了改革实践,主要从课程设计理念、课程内容、教学方法及形式进行改革。实践证明,改革效果显著,得到了教师和学生的好评。

Abstract:

Tea Cultivation Techniques is a core training course which requires a close connection between the theory and practice. In the teaching process, action-oriented teaching mode which combines the classroom with internship enterprise is mainly adopted. Therefore, this course is reformed from the following aspects: curriculum design, course content, teaching methods and formats. Practice has proved that the effect of the reform is significant, which is welcomed by teachers and students.
