西归中阿魏酸和佛手柑内酯提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Ferulic Acid and Bergapten from Seselopsis

摘要:

目的:优选西归中阿魏酸和佛手柑内酯的提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取,分别通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,研究
了提取次数、提取时间、提取温度和固液比四个因素对阿魏酸和佛手柑内酯含量的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B2C1D2,即提取次
数为3次,提取时间为50 min,提取温度为55 0C,固液比为1:5。结论:该工艺简便、可靠,可为西归的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the extraction process of ferulic acid and bergapten from seselopsis. Methods: Ferulic acid and
bergapten were extracted by supersonic wave method. Under optimized by single element and L9(34) orthogonal experiment, we
investigated the relationships of extract content with the number of extraction times, extraction time, ratio of raw material to liquid and
temperature. Results: The optimal extraction process was A3B2C1D2, refluxing and extracting for 3 times at 55 0C, 50 minute per time,
ratio of raw material to liquid at 1:5. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple and reliable, and it serves as reference for
further development and utilization of seselopsis.
