摘要:

新型隐球菌是广泛存在于环境中的病原真菌,其流行病学与各个变种的生态学密切相关。近年来,隐球菌病的发病率
越来越高,所以研究自然环境中新型隐球菌各个变种的生态学、种群结构以及季节性流行变化,对及时有效地预防和控制隐球菌病的发生与传播有着重要意义。对国内外自然环境中新型隐球菌各个变种的生态学、种群结构以及季节性的流行变化的研究概况及研究成果进行了概述。

Abstract:

Cryptococcus neoformans is a pathogenic fungi which is widely spread in the environment, and its epidemiology is closely related to the ecology of the various variants. In recent years, with the gradual increasing of cryptococcosis incidence, the study of ecology of its various variants, population structure in natural environment and changes in seasonal epidemics has great significance for effective prevention and control of the occurrence and transmission of cryptococcosis. This paper reviews the advancements in the study of ecology, population structure in natural environment and changes in seasonal epidemics of Cryptococcus neoformans at domestic and abroad.
