摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的：探讨围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭的治疗体会。方法：回顾性分析32例围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的临床资
料。结果：治愈26例，无效4例，死亡2例。结论：围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭的患者应尽早规范化治疗，同时避免诱发围生期
心肌病合并心力衰竭的发生。

关键词: 围生期心肌病, 心力衰竭, 疗效分析

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the treatment of peripartum cardiomyopathy（PPCM）complicated with heart failure. Methods: The
clinical data of 32 cases of perinatal period cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure were retrospectively analyzed. Results:
Twenty-six cases were cured, 4 invalid, 2 dead. Conclusion: Peripartum cardiomyopathy with heart failure patients should be treated
as soon as possible to avoid induction of PPCM.
