不同产地玛咖中总生物碱的含量测定研究

摘要:

目的:采用酸性染料比色法对不同产地玛咖样品中总生物碱的含量进行测定,以评价其品质。方法:以氧化苦参碱为对
照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定玛咖中总生物碱的含量,并对玛咖总生物碱的提取方法、显色剂的用量、pH值、检测波长进
行考察。结果:采用超声提取,时间为40 min,提取3次,显色剂用量为6 mL,pH为7.2,测量波长为415 nm,玛咖中总生物碱含量
相对较高的3个产地是秘鲁、丽江和迪庆。结论:本法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为玛咖中总生物碱的含量测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To determinate the content of total alkaloids in Maca from different origins with acid dye colorimetry for evaluating
thequality. Methods: Takingtheoxymatrineasreferencesubstance,UV-visiblespectrophotometrywasusedtodeterminatethecontentof
total alkaloid Maca, and extraction method, the amount of coloring agent, pH value, determine wavelength were observed as well. Results:
Ultrasonic extraction was used to extract for three times with 40 minutes each time and the amount of reagent was 6 mL, pH was 7.2, and
measurement wavelengthλ was 415 nm. Maca produced in Peru, Lijiang and Diqing enjoy higher content of total alkaloids. Conclusion:
Thismethodissimple,sensitive,andreproducible,whichcanbethemethodofdeterminingthecontentoftotalalkaloidsinMaca.
